Italy has an abundance of history, arable beauty, architecture, mountains and lakes, and of course the world famous rustic cuisine. I have visited various areas of Italy over the years and I can say I really enjoy getting into these wonderful regions and capturing them. From the mountainous regions in the north to the warmer areas of the south. The cuisine is a real favourite of mine as it can be so rustic and simple but bursting with the simple flavours.
Sud Tyrol was amazing to see in its Alpine winter glory, I would like to thank Georg Lunger and Barbara Pobitzer and both their families for opening their homes and sharing such overwhelming generosity and hospitality and showing me the areas around their beautiful and humble homes.
